We provide our clients with vision, tools and guidance in their exciting journeys towards collective change. These are our services:
COLLECTIVE VISIONINGWe design and facilitate collective visioning sessions in which stakeholders from various perspectives dive into a shared question. By our creative strategic approach, we envision the desired future based on shared underlying values and aims. Together, we define a collective vision and ambition.
SYSTEM MAPPINGIn our system mapping workshops multiple stakeholders explore and analyse a complex challenge. Together, we visualise relationships, resources and power structures. System mapping offers new insights for multi-layered strategic action.
PROCESS DESIGNWe co-design the collaborative innovation process flow together with our clients. Each process flow is unique, integrating structured yet adaptable methods such as design thinking, design sprints, deep democracy and holocracy.
PROJECT MANAGEMENTWe do not only design the process flow, we also love to manage it. We make sure to keep focus on the core vision and ambitions while managing projects. We are both structured and adaptive. We manage short and long-term projects.
GROUP FACILITATIONWe enjoy designing and facilitating sessions in which multiple stakeholders and unexpected co-creators from different backgrounds explore, act and learn together. Stimulating personal engagement is key in our approach.
IMPACT RESEARCHWe research the impact of our clients projects by continuely reflecting on the added value. In our research approach we combine our expertises in social sciences, economics and creativity. We produce numbers, background articles, interviews, animations, short video documentaries.
TALK & TEACHWe enjoy talking about subjects that matter to us. From cross-disciplinary working and co-creation to social innovation and entrepreneurship in the creative industries. We are always open to share our perspective through a talkworkshop or lecture.

What we did:
Collective visioning – By facilitating educators and freelance creative makers in two vision sessions, we captured a shared vision on the future of the freelance creative craftsman. This vision functioned as a solid starting point for the process design and project management.
Process Design & Project Management – In close collaboration with our client, we designed and managed a six month period process, based on design thinking and participatory leadership tools. On a weekly basis we guided a group of 25 people through this collaborative innovation process including freelancing creative makers, education professionals, community experts, designers and researchers. Throughout the project, we moved from exploring and defining to prototyping and testing.
Impact Research – Throughout the process, we constantly reflected on the gained insights and adapted the process. We documented the process flow and insights. By surveying the participants and interviewing key stakeholders we researched the impact. We also supported our client by co-writing vision papers and contextual articles.
In this project, we partnered up with Stimuleringsfonds Creatieve Industrie, Capada and Waag Society.
